We're Jill & Tiffany-best friends, co-founders of MoonBody Method, & two women who spent decades in the fitness world trying to play by the "bro science" rulebook: Train harder. Eat less. Never rest. It left us exhausted, hormonal wrecks, & wondering why nothing was working anymore.
So we tore up the rulebook. We started training with our cycles, lifting heavier and doing less cardio. We stopped weighing our chicken and started eating foods that nourished us and helped us feel energized and ALIVE. We paid attention to our nervous system, prioritized rest and stopped participating in hustle culture.
We healed. We got stronger. We got healthier.
And we helped others do the same. Turns out, the answer was MOVING in a way that was right for our female bodies. EATING in a way that supported hormones and health. LIVING in a way that felt easy because we were in alignment.

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?
A: Our nutrition guidance meets you where you are. We’ll help you build a nourishing plan that works with your life—not against it. No “one-size-fits-all” meal plans here. You’ll get tips, swaps, & personalized strategies so you can nourish your body in a way that actually works.
Q: What if I’m on medications?
