We're Jill and Tiffany, best friends, co-founders of MoonBody Method, and long-time practitioners in strength, nutrition, and somatic healing. Like many women, we spent years trying to follow the "do more, eat less, never rest" rulebook that dominates the fitness industry.
We trained harder.
We restricted more.
We ignored the signals our bodies were sending.
And eventually, it stopped working.
Burnout, hormonal imbalance, and chronic exhaustion became familiar. Not because we lacked discipline or commitment, but because the system itself was fragmented and misaligned with what our bodies actually needed.
Through education, experimentation, and lived experience, we began rebuilding our approach from the ground up. We started training with intention, nourishing without restriction, and prioritizing nervous-system regulation and rest.
What emerged wasn't just better results. It was a different way of living.
MoonBody Method is the structure that grew from that work, refined through years of coaching and guiding other women through the same transition we were navigating ourselves.
